The Crime of Obstruction…

Ob-struc-tion – n. the action of deliberately hindering a legal process

I’ve been told for 4 years that OBSTRUCTING investigations is wrong… and even worse… it’s illegal. Every single mainstream news organization and thousands of guests reported on the activities of President Trump, his family and his staff and came to the conclusion that they were guilty of it. Robert Mueller’s special counsel was specifically charged with finding that evidence and showing the world that indeed our President and his underlings are just as corrupt as the Chicago Mob and should be arrested pronto.

Remember all of those nights that teary eyed Rachel Maddow explained to us that our leader obstructed justice by hiding evidence of his crimes or attempted to influence/end the Robert Mueller special counsel’s attempts to uncover the evidence? Mueller’s group of investigators interviewed thousands of people and subpoenaed millions of documents. So… did Obstruction occur?? Absolutely! There is zero doubt that obstruction occurred.

WHO blatently obstucted justice? I’ll tell you this…. if you tune in to Rachel Maddow’s clown show, you’ll never know the answer to that one. Or Anderson Cooper or even the Reliable Sources guru Brian Stelter. None of them will outline the facts that have come to light over the recent week proving without a doubt that obstruction of justice is provable beyond a shadow of a doubt. Why won’t they tell you anything about it? Because the obstruction didn’t occur by President Trump and his minions. It occurred by the Special Counsel team!

I have 2 roommates that used to play on my IPhone when they were much younger. They would hit buttons and close tabs and I would cringe at the thought that they would somehow lock my phone or erase all of my data and me being the unsavvy tech person that I am would NEVER be able to use my phone again. Did they ever succeed in handing me back a completely useless empty device that even the Apple staff would shake their head and say, “sorry ma’am…. it’s ALL GONE”. Why didn’t that ever occur?

Because Apple designed their device to make it nearly impossible for someone to hit a button and ‘poof’ everything is gone! Thank God for that. Even the most unsavvy of tech people understand that delete doesn’t really mean delete. All of your data is still out there…. it’s just hidden from your eyes and needs the help of a 20 year old in a red apple t-shirt to find it for you.

Let me explain the steps that you actually have to go through in order to make your stuff gone for good and you tell me if in fact you could accidentally do this…

If you enter the incorrect passcode into your phone, it will lock. Does this happen the 1st time you do it? Nope….. it doesn’t even happen after the 4th time. On the 5th try, your phone will lock for 1 minute. After the 6th, you get a 5 minute timeout. After the 7th, 15 minutes… These timeouts escalate. Basically Apple is giving you the opportunity to get your shit together and remember the damn passcode that you have used every single day for years.

Sit down… wait a damn second and THINK. Apple still helps you out…. they give you more and more time…. THINK!!! What is your passcode ??? Do you know how long it takes for you to enter the passcode incorrectly 10 times??? It takes over 3 hours because Apple keeps giving you the opportunity to reroute your brain cells and come up with those numbers.

Now… here we are at 10 attempts. 3 hours after you began this futile effort to open that device. For the average ordinary person out there, even if you enter it that magical 10th time and your phone data is ‘poof’ gone and your device now has nothing on it but the stuff that the factory put there when you got it…. your data STILL isn’t gone. Nope… it’s up there floating in a cloud and just needs to be reconnected to a device to bring it to life again.

BUT>>> if you have a Government issued device, your data isn’t going to be in the “cloud”. They don’t want highly classified or sensitive info floating up in the sky. So, if you had a brain fart and couldn’t come up with that passcode on the 10th time… your data is in fact GONE and no 20 year old in an Apple t-shirt is going to be able to help you find it.

How many IPhone devices did the Special Counsel investigators use? Recent reports released indicate that the number was somewhere around 92 devices. When the Inspector General launched his investigation to investigate the investigators… one of the 1st things he did was ask for the devices. “Let me have those phones so I can follow the trail of your correspondence and see who and what you were communicating about”.

Of those 92 devices… 27 of them were wiped clean. Restored to factory settings before they were handed over. Did they do that intentionally? Not according to the people using them. The devices that were wiped clean were done by entering the wrong passcode 10 times. They said they couldn’t remember the passcode and accidentally entered it wrong. Do you know what the statistical chance of all of those device users “forgetting” their passcodes and entering the wrong one 10 times is? It’s over 1 in a trillion.

Here’s the really eye popping thing about all of that. Did Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s team provide all of that info in the report they compiled for Americans to see? Nope! Judicial Watch found all of this when they submitted a FOIA.

So in a nutshell, the folks that were supposed to provide the most in depth transparent investigation of President Trump and his involvement with Russia in fact committed the crime of OBSTRUCTION. Anyway that you want to spin this, the bottom line is it’s a “Federal crime to destroy government records” and those phones did not belong to the individual special counsel investigators… they belonged to the Federal Government.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a blog about Kevin Clinesmith. I told you that he was on the Special Counsel team and was tasked with finding out whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia in order to defeat Hillary Clinton. I also told you that in my opinion he was there hiding evidence that the Department of Justice was illegally spying on the Trump campaign. Now we find out that devices used by his comrades on this team were completely irretrievably wiped clean of all data.

Draw your own conclusions. I assure you that Rachel Maddow won’t be covering this topic in her ridiculous nightly monologue.

Good Day to you! Wash your hands and QUIT TOUCHING YOUR FACE!
