Good Thursday Morning to everyone that gets to GO to school because it’s “A” Day. Yes, that is right… the roommate is an “A” Day student so he will be strolling onto campus today with a mask & binoculars to see his friends because even though they are THERE… They cannot be anywhere NEAR. They have built time into the schedule after each class to disinfect. Could it be that I will have a roommate graduate this year from high school and the only thing he will gain knowledge in is Germ Warfare and the proper use of Lysol?? We live in ridiculously strange times.
Strange times… yes… Let’s speak of that. How about 4 televised funerals and 80 days of rioting and looting. Yes, I am talking about the 46 year old felon named George Floyd who was killed by police officers in Minneapolis while HIGH on Fentanyl and resisting arrest. If your shorts are in a bunch over my last sentence then you did NOT watch the videos of his actual arrest. And… Watching the “CLIPS” the media showed you DOES NOT COUNT! Watch the whole thing.. every FRAME OR sit down and be quiet because no one needs your “take on things” because you DO NOT KNOW the FACTS. Facts can be inconvenient when they don’t align with your opinions but that doesn’t mean you get to make up your own set!
My writing today is really not about George Floyd. It’s about an innocent little 5 year old boy named Cannon Hinnant. The NATIONAL media ( I have to clarify that because I have lots of friends in NC and even one in Wilson…. so I’m SURE they know his name). The CNN, NBC & ABC News anchors haven’t uttered or written a single word about this little boy as I write this. He was EXECUTED while riding his bike in his front yard with his sisters. Shot point blank in the head because he rode his bike into a neighbors yard. Racism is such a huge issue now but only if the victim is Black and the perpetrator is White. Unfortunately, Cannon’s case is the exact opposite so it’s crickets from the media. Why did Darius Sessoms execute him? Mental Health, Drugs, Boredom, or BLM?? Yep… I went there! The BLM leaders are out there inciting violence in the name of their cause. One leader just said, ‘Glad they stole those Gucci’s … consider it reparations’ and they continually march around calling police “Pigs” and white people should pay for the injustice they have perpetrated. Did that effect Darius? Don’t know but it possibly could have. Either way…. the media doesn’t tell you anything about this innocent boy because they CHOOSE the news. George Floyd got hours & hours of analysis, live televised funerals and they can’t seem to find a moment for …….Say HIS NAME…. #CannonHinnant
For the COVID concerned…. the lines began a flattening over the past couple of weeks and for Gosh Sakes… we are less than 90 days from an election, kids are supposed to go back to school and we gotta vote soon. Could it be we are on the downside of this thing? Ah… have no fear…. we got those curves going back up now so we good. Is it because we sent some kids back to dorms and schools? Is it because NOT everyone has been wearing a damn mask like they are supposed to? Nah… has nothing to do with ANY OF THAT! A few labs and one in particular in Florida did a data dump yesterday of a massive backlog of tests they had been sitting on. Statistically… their results are IMPOSSIBLE. Look into it if you doubt me but they are sitting on thousands of negative results. You are being SCAMMED if you continue to believe these BOGUS numbers. Look at this …. are we the premier medical system in the world and having our BUTT kicked by all of these other countries? Give me a damn break! Look into how much these other govenments are paying hospitals when they report these deaths. Get back to me when you see what the hell is happening here.
And Good ole Joe Biden. Maybe you LOVE him. Maybe you barely LIKE him but you HATE Trump… so Vote Biden to “Save the Country”. Personally, I don’t like him and I really can’t stand Kamala. I’m not going to do the attacks on how she got where she got … at least today I won’t. She said the Jussie Smollett farse was “an attempted modern day lynching. No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or color of their skin. We must confront this hate”. Ok .. I’m waiting for you to confront the hate. Do ya need Jussie’s digits so you can call him directly and tell him he’s a lying piece of crap or you gonna do it on the Twitter???
And Joe…. This is all I have to say about him today. He’s been in Politics long enough to outlast 5 Popes and he’s actually giving speeches telling us what he’s “Gonna Do” to fix stuff. If you haven’t done it since Paul VI… you ain’t “Gonna Do” it. Just sayin’
